Updating Your Account Information

How do I change my name on my account?

We can change your name on the account.

To change the name on your account, we need following documentation: 

A signed, written statement from you requesting the name change on your account. 
Please include the complete spelling of the “new” name along with your account number. 

Additionally, please send us one of the following documents: certified copy of marriage certificate or divorce decree, or other certified legal document to validate the name change.
