Updating Your Account Information

My name is incorrect on my account. How can I get this corrected?

If your name was misspelled, please mail or fax us a copy of your driver's license and a note with your account information included.

 

If your name has changed, please send or fax us a copy of the document showing your new name (such as a copy of a marriage certificate or the divorce decree, etc.) and a note including your account information.
